„DUBROVNIK DANCE DREAM - SMALL STEPS TOWARD BIG DREAMS“
“Dubrovnik Dance Dream – Small Steps toward Big Dreams” is the title of a family ballet performance produced this summer by the Dubrovnik Summer Festival as part of the European project Family Theatre, in collaboration with the Luka Sorkočević Art School. The premiere will take place on July 25, 2026, on the terrace of Fort Revelin.The ballet will be performed to the music of The Seasons by A. K. Glazunov and The City Awakens by Dubrovnik composer Nena Ćorak. The choreography is created by a team of choreographers: Nicole Grill, Zrinka Japunčić, Doris Pavleković, Tomislav Petranović, Tea Prkačin, Paola Šutić, and Alida Vuković. Alongside renowned dancers of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, Marija Diligente and Atina Tanović, more than fifty Dubrovnik ballerinas—students of the Luka Sorkočević Art School—will perform.
