Ticket sales channels

• Internet portal www.ulaznice.hr of Dekod d.o.o.
• retail outlets in ulaznice.hr system
For all inquiries we ask companies / customers to send their requests to the email address podrska@ulaznice.hr or to contact customer service whose working hours are from 09 - 17h to the telephone number 060 53 53 56 (call rate per minute: 3,49 HRK/0,46 € landline / 4,78 HRK/0,63 € mobile network, VAT included).

Payment methods

• Ticket payment is enabled for Diners, MasterCard, VISA and Maestro cards (valid only for cards that support online transactions, contact your card issuing bank for more information).
• Payment is also possible on Dekod d.o.o. current account (HR2424020061100711752 at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d.).
• Payment is also possible by using Erste NetPay service of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d. and with Erste Maestro debit card.
• Payment is also enabled with the KEKS Pay app on your smartphone
• Ticket prices are calculated in Croatian kunas. For international purchasers, total amount of offer will be recalculated in euros by the defined exchange rate. In this case, payment is accepted only in euros. Purchaser is required to cover all additional expenses of his bank and Dekod d.o.o.'s bank in Croatia.

Bank fees

In case of making an international payment, purchaser must cover costs of both banks - bank where the payment is initiated, as well as the costs the Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d. where Dekod d.o.o. owns his account.

Order Processing Fee

An additional item may appear in your account for transaction processing services via ticketing service. This service amount is 1 € / 7,53 HRK (VAT included) for transactions valued less than 15 € / 113,02 HRK and 2 € / 15,07 HRK (VAT included) for transactions greater or equal than 15 € / 113,02 HRK.

For video content and live broadcast, an additional item for transaction processing services via ticketing service may appear in your account in the amount of 1 € / 7,53 HRK (VAT included) for content (live and pay-per-view) purchased in the video store in the amount for transactions valued less than 15 € / 113,02 HRK and 2 € / 15,07 HRK (VAT included) for transactions greater or equal than 15 € / 113,02 HRK.

Your account may also show a ticket processing and printing fee in the amount of 0,46 € / 3,50 HRK (VAT included) for each ticket purchased. This fee applies to Zagreb Zoo tickets only and in this case the order processing fee will not be included.


• Ulaznice.hr retail outlets
Retail outlets have the right to issue a separate receipt to the customer with the purchased tickets. This receipt is issued for transaction processing services in the amount of HRK 10.00/€ 1,33 (including VAT) per transaction.

Your account may also show a ticket processing and printing fee in the amount of HRK 3,50/€ 0,46 (VAT included) for each ticket purchased. This fee applies to Zagreb Zoo tickets only and in this case the order processing fee will not be included.

These fees represent a justified cost of processing an individual order and therefore are not subject to refund. Refund options for other ticket expense amounts are subject to special conditions.

Shipping and package insurance

• Tickets purchased via Internet are shipped optionally with courier service.
• If shipment is not chosen during purchase, please print the purchase confirmation form the user page with which you can directly enter to event.
• In addition to delivery costs, purchaser is charged for insurance cost for shipment loss according to the total value of tickets packed.
• Shipping process starts when purchaser's payment becomes visible on Dekod d.o.o.'s bank account.
• Shipment status can be tracked at web site www.ulaznice.hr using username and password that purchaser received via e-mail from Dekod d.o.o.
• In case of not attending the event, purchaser loses the right for refunding the amount which he paid for ticket(s).
• Tickets purchased for other events are automatically created in the form of a confirmation of purchase on your customer page (Bid and Purchase Overview) and the e-mail you use - this type of ticket is used in PDF format to enter the event directly.

Issuing of inovice for companies (R1)

• R1 invoice is issued and sent together with tickets. Purchaser is required to enter the data before ordering and issuing.
• For tickets purchased at outlets purchaser can require R1 invoice and take it over on www.ulaznice.hr web site (sign-up with data printed on his ticket is obligatory).

Entering the correct data

Purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered during ticket purchase. Subsequent changing of data is not possible.

Obligation of ticket ownership

Any visitor who wishes to attend to a specific event, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.

Prohibitions

Organizer is authorized to take the prohibited items and to refuse the access the event to visitors who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs and of other harmful substances. This is also concerning other reasons specified in the rules of the venue and organizer, regardless of visitor's possession of tickets. Such a visitor loses the right for refunding ticket costs.

Ticket offer validity and cancellation

• If purchaser has made a payment on time and on his user site on www.ulaznice.hr site stands a notice that on offer is cancelled, purchaser is required to inform Dekod d.o.o. in two business days, in order to take necessary actions.
• If there are tickets on sale during that moment, Dekod d.o.o. will accept the payment, otherwise, purchaser's funds will be returned.
• If purchaser paid after his offer was cancelled, and if in this case there are no more tickets on sale available, Dekod d.o.o. will return the funds with processing and refunding costs included.

Refunding

• If the buyer is unable to attend the event for which he has purchased the ticket (not applicable to major sports) - a refund and cancellation will be made if approved by the organizer
• Upon refund, Dekod d.o.o. only refunds the amount paid for the ticket while retaining a transaction fee of 1 € / 7,53 HRK or 2 € / 15,07 HRK (VAT included)
• If purchaser paid the amount which was less than the amount specified in his ticket offer, it will be cancelled. In this case funds will be returned with processing and refunding costs included.
• If purchaser paid more funds than it was specified in his ticket offer, we kindly ask such a purchaser to contact Dekod d.o.o. by e-mail address podrska@ulaznice.hr. Additional funds will be refunded with included processing and refunding costs.

Limitations and Obligations

Dekod d.o.o. declares that for all goods and services that are distributed and sold through the portal ulaznice.hr it has concluded contracts for the sale of goods and services with the actual providers of these services or their sales agents.

Pursuant to the aforementioned Contracts, payments for the said goods / services paid into the account of Dekod d.o.o. represent the assignment of claims to Dekod d.o.o. by actual providers of goods / services.

Invoices for purchased goods / services issued by actual providers of goods / services are valid and legal documents, and by purchasing goods / services through the ticketing portal www.ulaznice.hr, the buyers of those goods / services agree that in accordance with the Legal Provisions of the Law on Obligations (Articles 80-82 ZOO (OG 35/2005)) accept as a CESUS a cession for the amount of payment made, which they pay to Dekod doo instead of the actual service provider.
